Shipping and return

Deliver straight to your doorstep!
In case, you are not happy with any products, we'll be happy to take them back and provide you refund in your account. 
After receiving the goods in the original condition, unopened, we shall return the cost of the goods in 5 working days in to your Bank account. We don't bear the shipping of the return items.

Delivery service

Our Asian grocery store uses PostNL as the main delivery service. Thanks to PostNL, we are able to deliver swiftly and reliably to most places in the Netherlands because of PostNL’s well-integrated network. Delivery times on the Wadden Islands could vary.

If you have the order delivered to a PostNL collection point, you can collect the package within one week. After that, the package will automatically be returned. You will see this as a status in your Track & Trace. When we have received the package back, we will credit the products and € 6.95 administration costs will be charged.

 

Please note: we do not receive a message from PostNL when your package is returned, so keep a close eye on your Track & Trace. If you have any questions about the return, you can contact us.

 

Delivery time​

We will try our best to deliver your products within 2-3 working days. On Sundays, there are no deliveries.
