- For the authentic South Indian flavour, boil the Gits Sambhar mix with tomatoes, roasted shallots, drum sticks and season the prepared Sambhar with mustard seeds and curry leaves. For chilli enthusiasts, separately roast dry red chilli and add it whole while preparation.
