Rava Idli is a popular south Indian steamed, savoury cake made up of Semolina and is so easy to make as it doesn’t require any elaborate grinding. Gits Rava Idli premix makes the rava idli making even easier, just add plain yogurt, leave it for 5 minutes and bake in the cooker. For exotic Rava Idli, season with mustard seeds and fresh curry leaves crackled in hot ghee.
